Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of the ADHD Switzerland website and any contact or booking request you make through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

About this website — not medical advice

This website provides general information about our ADHD and autism (ASD) assessment services. Its content is for information only and is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.

Using this website or contacting us does not create a clinician–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when a formal assessment is agreed and started.

The online self-check

The self-check on this website is an educational simulation to help you reflect on common experiences. It is not a diagnostic tool, a screening instrument, or a medical assessment, and its results do not indicate whether you have any condition — only a formal assessment by our clinicians can do that.

Contact and booking requests

Submitting the contact or booking form sends us a request — it is not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once we contact you and agree a date and time together, subject to availability.

Please provide accurate and complete information; we may need to contact you to arrange or confirm details. Specific terms for appointments — including fees, payment and cancellation — are provided to you when your appointment is confirmed.

Not for emergencies

Our website and services are not for medical emergencies or urgent crisis support. If you or someone else is in danger or needs urgent help, call 144 (medical emergency) or 112 in Switzerland, call 143 (Die Dargebotene Hand) for emotional support, or go to your nearest emergency department.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it — for example by submitting false information, sending abusive content, attempting to disrupt the site, or using automated means to submit our forms (which are protected against bots).

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to ADHD Switzerland unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Third-party links and services

This website may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external websites you may reach from here.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, and the courts of Zurich have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest revision. For any question about these terms, email [email protected] or call +41 766 070 996.

Looking for support with ADHD or autism?

We're here for you — appointments available in just 2–3 weeks*, not months.

All of our psychologists are fully qualified and accredited for their roles. However, not all of them can bill through Swiss basic health insurance, which affects waiting times:

  • Self-Pay Request — Current estimated waiting time: 2–3 weeks
  • Basic Insurance Request — Current estimated waiting time: 2–3 months

Please indicate your preference when submitting your request so we can match you with the right psychologist.

German-language assessments are available for our adults programme. Assessments for adolescents and children are conducted in English.
