All of our psychologists are fully qualified and accredited for their roles. However, not all of them can bill through Swiss basic health insurance, which affects waiting times:
- Self-Pay Request — Current estimated waiting time: 2–3 weeks
- Basic Insurance Request — Current estimated waiting time: 2–3 months

German-language assessments are available for our adults programme. Assessments for adolescents and children are conducted in English.
