You're not alone

Does any of this feel familiar?

Feeling overwhelmed?

Everyday demands can feel like too much, all at once. An assessment can help you understand why — and what helps.

Struggling with focus or goals?

Difficulty starting, finishing or organising tasks is one of the most common reasons people seek an ADHD assessment.

Facing relationship challenges?

Communication, connection and misunderstandings can all be shaped by undiagnosed ADHD or autism.

Low motivation or self-esteem?

Years of feeling 'different' can wear away confidence. Understanding your mind is the first step to rebuilding it.

Frequently asked questions

Have questions about ADHD or ASD assessments? Here are the answers we are asked most.

We specialise in comprehensive ADHD and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) assessments for children, adolescents and adults. Our services are designed to meet the unique needs of the international community in Switzerland.

A full ADHD or ASD assessment starts at CHF 2,400, with comprehensive packages. If cost is a barrier for you, we offer a sliding scale. Just ask us.

The assessment includes a face-to-face clinical session with our state-recognised psychologists, a comprehensive battery of standardised questionnaires, and a practical, objective test for ADHD that precisely measures attention, concentration, impulsivity, hyperactivity, working memory, processing speed, cognitive flexibility, and differences in auditory vs. visual attention.

You receive a formal letter of diagnosis (if diagnostic criteria are met), a detailed diagnostic report suitable for psychiatrists and other medical professionals, recommendations for medication where applicable (in collaboration with a psychiatrist), and educational materials and resources for your next steps.

Our services are generally not covered by basic insurance and are self-paid. Through our partnership with C2gether/Neurodiversity Support Network Switzerland, some assessments can be covered by basic insurance, though waiting times may be longer. For supplementary insurance or other options, please contact us.

We are the only expat-focused ADHD and ASD testing network in Switzerland, based in Zurich. Our multilingual team has over 3000 hours of hands-on testing experience, combining clinical expertise with a deep understanding of cultural and language differences to provide accurate, compassionate and personalised assessments.

Our team speaks English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Romanian, and we are happy to talk with you in any of them. Assessments themselves are conducted in English, with one addition: German-language assessments are available for our adults programme. Assessments for adolescents and children are conducted in English.

Looking for support with ADHD or autism?

We're here for you — appointments available in just 2–3 weeks*, not months.

All of our psychologists are fully qualified and accredited for their roles. However, not all of them can bill through Swiss basic health insurance, which affects waiting times:

  • Self-Pay Request — Current estimated waiting time: 2–3 weeks
  • Basic Insurance Request — Current estimated waiting time: 2–3 months

Please indicate your preference when submitting your request so we can match you with the right psychologist.

German-language assessments are available for our adults programme. Assessments for adolescents and children are conducted in English.
